Zucchini Bread is cholesterol and fat free made with real zucchini. For different flavor, add 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple or 1/2 cup nuts.
Brown and white rice flour (organic), tapioca starch, dehydrated zucchini, (Non GMO) corn starch, sugar, non aluminum baking powder, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, baking soda, natural vanilla powder (Non GMO corn starch, vanilla beans).
Wheat free, casein free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free.
Preheat oven to 325°. In large bowl, add 1 cup vegetable oil, 1/4 cup milk, 4 eggs, add dry mix and blend well. Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. ***DO NOT UNDER BAKE.
