Vanilla Pound Cake is fat, cholesterol, and sodium free. A nice after dinner dessert or with a cup of coffee.
Brown and white rice flour (organic), tapioca flour, sugar, (Non GMO) corn starch, xanthan gum, non aluminum baking powder, natural vanilla powder (Non GMO corn starch, vanilla beans).
Preheat oven to 350°. Add dry mix, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup vegetable oil and mix well. Pour into greased 9 by 13 pan and bake 50-60 minutes until center is done.
