Minestrone Soup is cholesterol free and vegan friendly. Add cooked sausage or chicken for a heartier meal.
Freeze dried black, kidney, and navy beans, dehydrated cabbage, zucchini, celery, carrots, red and green bell peppers, onions, parsley, tomatoes, garlic powder.
Wheat free, casein free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free.
Brown 1 lb. of Italian sausage and drain grease. In large pot, add sausage, 8 cups hot water, 2 cups crushed tomatoes and dry mix. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes until beans are tender. *** For a richer flavor, replace 2 cups of water with beef broth.

My husband (non-Celiac) and I (Celiac) tried the Minestrone Soup last night. It was the best gluten free soup we've had. Keep up the great work!!

I purchased some of your products from a store in Boca Raton, FL to try. I just made the Minestrone Soup and it is delicious! I will make the rice pudding tomorrow. Everything looks great. Real homemade taste. Thanks for helping the Gluten-Free population.
