Cranberry Coffee Bars are cholesterol and fat free. A wonderful dessert with a delicious cranberry flavor.
Brown and white rice flour (organic) , tapioca flour, (Non GMO) corn starch, sugar, freeze dried cranberries, non aluminum baking powder, baking soda, natural vanilla powder (Non GMO corn starch, vanilla beans), xanthan gum, orange peel, cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350°. Add dry mix, 1/2 cup butter, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cold strong coffee, mix well and spread in greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes and dust with powdered sugar or ice with cream cheese icing.
