Cranberry Bread is fat and cholesterol free. Easy to make and all natural bread made with real cranberries.
White and brown rice flour (organic), tapioca starch, corn starch (Non GMO), sugar freeze dried cranberries, orange peel, non aluminum baking powder, xanthan gum, and natural vanilla powder (cornstarch-Non GMO and vanilla beans).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 1 cup butter, 4 eggs, and 1-1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice together. Add dry mix and blend well. Bake for 55-60 minutes in 2 1 lb well greased loaf pans. Test center to make sure bread is done.
