Country Dumplings are fat, cholesterol, and sodium free. They are great to add to stew or chicken and dumplings.
Brown and white rice flour (organic), tapioca flour, (Non GMO) corn starch, xanthan gum, parsley.
Wheat free, casein free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free.
In bowl, add mix, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and stir until moistened. Drop by tablespoons into slowly boiling liquid. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 20 minutes, until dumplings are no longer sticky and are cooked.

I made the gluten free country dumplings last night, and they were soooo gooood! The first time I made them, I did something wrong and they turned out awful, but that was my fault--these dumplings are the best gluten free product I have ever tried.I am going to ordering more some soon!
