Gluten Free Country Biscuits are cholesterol and fat free with great homemade taste.
White and brown rice flour (organic), tapioca starch, cornstarch (Non GMO), potato starch, xanthan gum, sugar, non aluminum baking powder, baking soda, yeast, cream of tartar and sea salt.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add 1 cup softened butter, 1/3 cup milk, and 2 eggs to dry mix and blend well. Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Best served warm.
