White and brown rice flour (organic), (Non GMO) corn starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sugar, non aluminum baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Wheat free, casein free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free.
Preheat oven to 350°. Add 1/2 cup shorting, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk and dry mix together. Mix until mixture forms a dough. Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Best served warm. ***Use a muffin pan greased for uniform biscuits.
